The Detroit Area Agency on Aging (DAAA) will begin accepting grant applications for the FY 2017 FY 2019 Community Wellness Service Center (CWSC) initiative. DAAA will fund up to four CWSC grants over a three-year period based upon the availability of funding. These grants will be funded through Older Americans Act and State funding. Late proposals will be rejected.
Instructions, applications and budget forms for the RFP will be available or at DAAA’s office at 1333 Brewery Park Boulevard, Suite 200, Detroit.
Services are to be rendered in Region 1-A. Proposal may target the entire region or a subset of the cities of Detroit, the five Grosse Pointes, Hamtramck, Harper Woods and Highland Park. RFPs can be picked up at the DAAA office or downloaded from the home page of the DAAA Website on Monday, May 9, 2016. All proposals must be received in the DAAA office no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, June 10, 2016.
