Your Gateway to Aging Network Services – DAAA’s Centralized Intake, Referral and Assistance (CIRA) unit is the gateway to aging network services provided for older persons within Region 1-A (Detroit and Eastern Wayne County). DAAA manages a broad range of home and community based services for older adults and their caregivers. Call (313) 446-4444 and ask to speak with a CIRA representative. They’re knowledgeable, compassionate and all certified by the national Alliance for Information & Referral Systems (AIRS).
